Code of Conduct

Participants must comply with all applicable competition laws.
Participants must not engage in agreements with other participants or companies that violate competition laws.
Participants must refrain from any discussions or negotiations that aim at an illegal agreement.
Participants must ensure that they do not disclose any confidential information about their company or another company that could be relevant to an illegal agreement.
Participants must ensure that they do not bring any confidential documents or materials that could be relevant to an illegal agreement.
The company reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these rules from the event and take legal action.
These rules apply to all participants and may not be circumvented or disregarded.
The company is not liable for any violations of these rules by participants.
These rules may be changed at any time without notice to ensure that all participants comply with the applicable competition laws.

Authorization for the Use of Images

Participants authorize the Steinl Group, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies to take photographs and/or videos of them, including their images, voices, names, professional titles, and email addresses, for the purpose of internal and external communication. This authorization allows for the capture, reproduction, and dissemination of these images and related personal information on various mediums such as printed materials, mobile applications, websites, and social media platforms for the purpose of internal and external communication by the Steinl Group and its affiliates. Paricipants consent to the modification of the photographs and/or videos if necessary, and allow for their partial or full use. This authorization is granted free of charge and valid for five years globally.
